WOW - no let’s go with TRIPLE WOWs.I was referred to Precision by Dr. Johnson for a borrowing L-4 lumbar disc. Over the next several months the Doctors and Therapists worked with me on the back problem, right knee, and right shoulder. I began to feel less pain and start increasing range of motion in all three areas. The tinge machine with weighted blanket for heat was used every session to start, and I not only enjoyed the vibration and heat, but purchased one on Amazon. I also acquired a 55 mm ball, a 26 pound kettlebell for balance, various strength bands and tubes.the facility was always immaculately clean and all equipment in its place.the staff was a delight to work with and kept me supplied with a list of my sessions so I could plan my week. I'm so thankful for the excellent help & care I received from both Thomas and Laura at Precision Physical Therapy. I am 77 yrs old & had been experiencing knee pain for quite some time. It was interfering with my ability to use the stairs or walk on my treadmill...resulting in weight gain and increasing inactivity. The exercises they taught me over a few short months have enabled me to strengthen my leg muscles, improve my balance and given me the confidence to resume normal activity. The sessions were so enjoyable & I really miss going in. I've lost 15 lbs & I can get up off the floor again! Thank you so much to everyone at Precision. Precision Physical Therapy is awesome. They have helped me work through a few different nagging issues I've had over the  past few years.
